Superior education in the global era is determined by readiness and ability to compete or at least keep pace with advances information technology whose development quickly widespread, accepted, easily digested learners. The training will provide an opportunity for teaching staff develop new skills abilities work. purpose of study was analyze effect conflicts on performance staff. This research approach a quantitative method. population Sekolah Global Prima which amounts 70 respondents. used saturated sampling where sample entire Data collection techniques Interview, Questionnaire (questionnaire). data analysis model this multiple regression model. coefficient determination (R2), Test F, t. Results Coefficient Determination test obtained Adjusted R square value 0.698. Training affect School F-count (67,386) > F-table (3.15). From results variable t-test, t-count (5,304) t-table (2,001) probability (0.000) < 0.05 then H1 received. Conflict variables, (3,399) t table values 0.05, H2 accepted.
